Hello... is it you we're looking for?

Our people vision is to grow a team of exceptional people who deliver outstanding results for customers, the community and themselves and we’re always on the lookout for talented people to join our Fluid Family. Check out our current vacancies.

A work culture we’re proud of

The culture here at Fluid is fun. There’s no time to be bored, and we love what we do.

For us, Fluid is a place where we have the opportunity to innovate and try new ways of doing things. A place where great ideas have the space and support to come to life. It’s a place where we’re encouraged to believe we can all make a positive difference, however small – whether that’s for our customers, our impact on the world around us or to each other.

Director of Strategy Kyle said, “I’ve loved every minute of helping grow our business to the market leader it is today.”

Yes, we do expect hard work and results from everyone who works with us at Fluid. We promote healthy competition, and we are keen to see you demonstrate passion, innovation and results. Some of our targets are ambitious and it’s going to take hard work to reach them, but we know there’s a better chance of getting there if we can have fun along the way.

We asked Campaign Executive Jess what her highlight is so far: “Becoming a part of a totally awesome team of people and gaining our B Corp certification!!!”

Take a sneak peek behind the curtain at what it’s REALLY like to work at Fluid Branding.

We're a sociable bunch

And that’s why we do everything we can to make your everyday experience at Fluid great. You’ll find the office atmosphere relaxed and friendly.

Outside of work, you can get involved as much or little as you want with all the socials that happen throughout the year. The annual Fluid Bowling Tournament is always a highlight!

In the Autumn, we hold a conference for our teams and suppliers, giving us the chance to come together and celebrate all of our hard work and achievements – both commercial and otherwise – as well as unveiling exciting plans for the year ahead.

Building your future

We offer continual professional and personal development and lots of training opportunities here at Fluid. We believe in futures over simple career development, which is why we take a more holistic approach to your growth.

Supplier Relationship Manager Megan says, “ I came back from my maternity leave looking for a new challenge and I have felt so supported in my decision to move to a new department.”

We support you in developing other skills outside your day-to-day role, with the chance to get involved in the Family, Friends and Future Pillar Groups.

We can even support you to make a difference outside of work, to community projects, charities and causes close to your heart.

Below are just some of the opportunities our team are currently engaged in:

  • BPMA Professional Development Qualifications
  • Half marathon training
  • Leadership training
